Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms (“Affiliate Terms”) explain how the Next Level Tennis invite / affiliate program works for Teaching Pros, players, and sales partners. They sit alongside our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

1. The program

You may share a personal invite link. When someone joins through your link and starts a paying player membership ($29.99/month after any trial), you can earn commission while that membership stays active.

• Commission rate: 20% of the player membership fee (currently $29.99/month).
• Paid only on active, paid player memberships — not on free trials alone, and not on Teaching Pro accounts.
• Attribution is first-touch: the first valid invite link that creates the player relationship usually keeps credit.
• Payouts are handled manually for now. We’ll contact you when balances are ready to pay.

2. Who can participate

• Players: Invite Friends in the player app.
• Teaching Pros: Affiliate in the Teaching Pro app (same link also adds players to your roster).
• Sales partners: separate affiliate accounts created by Next Level Tennis admin.

3. Your responsibilities

• Share your link honestly. Do not mislead people about price, trial, or what Next Level Tennis does.
• Do not spam, buy fake accounts, or refer yourself (or accounts you control) to earn commission.
• Follow applicable advertising and consumer laws where you share the link.

4. Changes and ending participation

We may change commission rates, eligibility, or end the program with reasonable notice where practical. We may withhold or reverse commissions for fraud, chargebacks, refunds, or Terms violations. We may disable invite links that are abused.
